Consumer in the sense of this instruction means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods – provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or a Email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you All payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or expiry reasons

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to contracts

– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
– for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
– for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
– for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals except for subscription contracts.

The Right of Withdrawal expires early for contracts

– for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
– for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
